Everything in life is a choice. Should I go here? Should I go there? Do I want this? Do I want that? Is this healthy for me? Is that healthy for me? We're always bombarded with choices to make. And, that's a good thing. It's great to have options. But, when we make a choice, we then need to commit to that decision -- unless, of course, we decide to change our choice. And that's okay too.
People have asked me how I stay slim, energetic, and positive. I am committed to my food choices, my lifestyle and to being the best I can be at all times. I choose to empower myself with eating whole, organic foods, exercising, drinking pure water, surrounding myself with trustworthy and honest friends, making quality time to be with my husband, children, grandchildren and scheduling time to treat myself to massages, Pilates lessons, epsom salts baths and just relaxing and doing nothing. These are things that are important to me and I stay committed to making sure they're a big part of my life.
Getting healthy and staying healthy is a commitment. It's a lifestyle. It's an investment in YOU. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I hold space for my clients to share their desires with me and help them set goals. Then I am there to see that they follow through with their choices and I hold them accountable. It's all up to you. I cannot take the weight off -- only you can do that. I cannot reverse an auto-immune disease -- only you can do that. When you take responsibility for your health, you will see the results.
